食谱:巧克力熔浆蛋糕/可可熔浆蛋糕

材料

黑巧克力配方

  • 3只鸡蛋 (3 Eggs)
  • 100g黑巧克力 (100g Dark chocolate)
  • 50g中筋面粉 (50g Plain flour)
  • 100g糖 (100g Sugar)
  • 5g香草粉
  • 100g白脱油 (100g Butter)
  • 少量可可粉 (some Cocoa powder)

可可配方

  • 3只鸡蛋 (3 Eggs)
  • 40g可可粉 (40g Cocoa powder)
  • 80g中筋面粉 (80g Plain flour)
  • 100g糖 (100g Sugar)
  • 5g香草粉
  • 120g白脱油 (100g Butter)
  • 2茶匙奶粉(2tsp Milk powder)
  • 少量可可粉 (some Cocoa powder)

做法

1. 预热烤箱 Preheat the oven

将烤箱打开并设定为180°C。

Turn the oven on to 180°C

2. 准备烤模 Prepare tins

铝模内壁抹黄油,然后用小匙加入可可粉。将铝模侧倒滚动,直到所有内壁都被可可粉覆盖。这样可以防止蛋糕粘模。

Brush the insides of the aluminium pudding tins with soft butter, then spoon in some cocoa powder. Turn the tin in a circular motion and tap until the inside surface is fully covered with the cocoa powder. This will prevent anything sticking later.

3. 巧克力和黄油 Chocolate & butter

将巧克力(或可可粉)和黄油放在一个耐热的碗里,再把碗放在一个装有沸水的锅里。等待巧克力和黄油融化。

Place the chocolate (or cocoa powder) and butter in the heat-proof bowl, and place it over a pan of boiling water. Leave it to melt.

4. 鸡蛋 Eggs

在另外一只碗中搅打鸡蛋,逐步加入糖,直到变成又轻又蓬松。(另一说,至淡黄色即可)

Beat the eggs in a separate bowl. Slowly incorporate sugar. Mix until airy and fluffy.

5. 面粉 Flour

将面粉筛入融化的黄油巧克力浆中,充分混合直到看不见面粉粒。

Sieve the flour into the melted butter-chocolate mixture. Mix until no flour crumbles are seen.

6. 混合 Combine

把蛋液混合入巧克力黄油面糊中,这样他们都在一个碗里了。

Now add the egg mixture into the chocolate-butter mixture so they are both in the same bowl.

7. 烘烤 Bake

把面糊倒入前面准备好的铝模中。放入烤箱烘烤6分钟。

Pour the mixture into the prepared aluminium dishes. Place into the oven for 6 minutes.

8. 食用 Serve

可以和冰淇淋一起食用。也可以用薄荷叶和可可粉装饰。

Serve with ice cream. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a sprinkle cocoa powder.
