食谱:雪球 Snow Balls

材料 Ingredients

  • 100g 低筋粉 (100g cake flour)
  • 100g 杏仁粉/板栗粉 (100g almond/chestnut powder)
  • 100g 玉米淀粉 (100g cornstarch)
  • 150g 白脱油 (150g butter)
  • 30g 糖粉,喜甜者糖量可加倍 (30g lcing suger, more if desired)
  • 适量糖粉用于糖衣 (some lcing suger for coating)

做法 Method

1.

3种粉类混合过筛。白脱油加糖粉打匀。材料全部混合成团。稍冷藏。搓成一颗颗小球放在铺烘焙纸的烤盘上。

Sift together cake flour, almond powder and starch in a bowl. Beat icing sugar and butter until creamy. Combine all the ingredients and chill the dough for a while. Shape dough into small balls and place on the cookie sheet.

2.

入预热170°C/340°F烤箱烤约18分钟。稍凉后滚上糖粉即可。

Bake in a preheated 170°C/340°F oven for about 18 minutes. Cool on wire racks and coat with powdered sugar.

备注 Memo

白脱油和糖混合的程度是有一点点打发但不太发,即打蛋器以擦底法搅拌到颜色变浅。
